Information We Handle
The Wrappus Warehouse Portal is a private internal warehouse portal for authorized Wrappus users. The portal stores user account and profile information such as name, email, role, branch assignment, and account status.
Branch and Warehouse Records
The portal stores branch information, branch contact details, warehouse order records, invoice records, order notes, delivery dates, status history, estimated prices, and final prices.
Payment Information
When Stripe is enabled, the portal may store payment status, Stripe customer references, payment method references, authorization status, and capture status. Card numbers are not stored in this portal. Stripe handles payment method details when enabled.
Service Providers
Data may be processed through Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting, and Stripe for payment processing when enabled.
Access and Security
Access is limited to authorized Wrappus admins and branch users. The portal uses role checks, server-side protections, and database security policies to help protect internal data.
Retention and Contact
Wrappus retains portal records as needed for warehouse operations, accounting, reporting, and security. Contact the Wrappus administrator for privacy questions or data requests.
